Adversity University teaches and promotes positive thinking and living habits that can be easily received, digested and applied to life. Through books, therapeutic curriculums and support Adversity University is changing the narrative on personal growth and mental health for the better!

As a result, we are able to increase positive behaviors in youth and professionals academically and professionally.
